The Kaohsiung City Transportation Bureau and Tokyo’s Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd. on Tuesday (April 19) signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly create more innovative mobility as a service (MaaS) options in tourism between Kaohsiung and Tokyo.
